Sky Villas

Challenge: To sell 130 new leasehold condominiums at the same price as new freehold condominiums. Condominiums were located from the 21-35th floor of The Ascott Bangkok.

Strategy: Created a buying proposition so unique that buyers had no hesitation about purchasing a leasehold property because there was no freehold property. Designed the entire marketing campaign around Sky Villas by creating 'Bangkok's Six Suite of Dreams'. For the first time, buyers could customize their homes identical to the display homes and move in within 1 year since the building was 50% complete 'Sky Villas' as the most premium custom designed homes in the Bangkok CBD district.

Results: Due to overwhelming response, 8 price increases occurred and achieved 80% sales within weeks of the pre-sales campaign.
